Biography

Diana obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University (Kampala, Uganda) and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre (Kampala, Uganda). She holds several certificates in professional trainings including trainings in leadership management.

Diana is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all the Courts subordinate thereto. She currently heads the Business Development of one of Uganda’s Top leading firms; Shonubi Musoke & Co. Advocates. Her career journey traverses various areas of practice including the Centre for Public Interest Law a Non-Governmental Organization as the Head of the Legal Department; International Justice Mission and a Law firm.

She is a member of Uganda Law Society, the East African Law Society and Uganda Christian Lawyers Fraternity. She has served as a Chairperson of the Young Lawyers Committee under the Executive Council of the Uganda Law Society as well as a member of the Young Lawyers Committee under the East Africa Law Society.

She also serves as Board Chairperson of Abide Family Centre an NGO geared towards promoting the health of family units. She serves a number of companies as a company secretary. She is the founder and chairperson of the annual Alabaster Ladies Conference and runs a mentorship program for women. She also runs a professional mentorship program for women to empower women in the market place.

Diana is a champion for Human Rights and has keen interest in the area of leadership development as well as project management. She has a passion for mentoring and empowering the next generation to succeed.
