A vibrant advocate, advisor, and international legal industry innovator, Joyce’s legal career have
included working at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law in Incheon,
South Korea; the International Law Institute in Washington, DC; the Kozolchyk National Law
Center in Tucson, Arizona, and the Annapolis, Maryland-based SILLAC firm. In these positions,
Joyce provided advisory services to countries and multinationals in Asia, Africa, and the
Caribbean on regional integration, harmonization of trade law, U.S Trade policies, and project
development & finance. Joyce has provided technical assistance to numerous projects on
vehicles that can revolutionize existing commercial and trade strategies to attract substantial
direct foreign investments effectively

Network, Ghana & Diaspora.
Joyce serves on the Executive Board of United Community and Asankrangwa Kroye Kuo. She is
a member of the Global Advisory Board of The Institute for African Women in Law, African
Diaspora Nation, and a Social Ambassador for Youth Advocates Ghana.
An avid soccer fan and an agent Joyce combines her legal skills and passion for soccer to
provide representation to players from underprivileged backgrounds and fight human trafficking
Joyce holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Juris Doctor of Law degree. She is
admitted to practice law in the State of Arizona, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth
Circuit and the United States District Court, District of Arizona.
