THARCISSE GATARAMA

Mr. GATARAMA is a French citizen, currently working for a European civilian mission in Niger (EUCAP Sahel Niger) as Legal and Strategic Advisor to the Ministry of Justice since 3 years and a half. In the past, he worked intensively for ICC in The Hague, for ICTR-Arusha, and for the Special Tribunal for Sierra Leone in Freetown.

Mr. GATARAMA holds a Law degree and a Master of Arts in International Politics obtained respectively at Yaoundé in Cameroon and at Brussels in Belgium.

Mr. GATARAMA speaks fluent French, English, Swahili, and his mother tongue Kinyarwanda. He is a committed member of AFBA for 5 years.
